Ten years ago I started something that mattered to me personally.
My father was diagnosed with diabetes the year I was born. He died 25 years later with cancer. My brother died at 64 — cancer. My sister at 62. I spent years asking why, and reading. Over 50 books on metabolism, neurological disease, inflammation, and the science of what we eat.
What came out of that was the NewKetoFatBlaster program — a structured approach to shifting your metabolism away from sugar and towards fat, managing leptin resistance, and keeping inflammation low enough that your body can actually heal.
I brought it back online this year, fully updated for 2026. The science has only strengthened. What was "alternative" in 2015 is now showing up in mainstream research on Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, metabolic disease, and longevity.
What's in the program
The complete 4M Program covers four pillars:
M1 — Master Your Metabolism: the science of fat burning, leptin resistance, and how to flip the switch
M2 — Manage Your Mindset: NLP-based tools for lasting change — because knowing what to do and actually doing it are different things
M3 — Move the Minimum: a practical movement approach that builds the foundation without burning you out
M4 — Master Your Microbiome: gut health as the missing link in sustained fat loss and brain health
Included: 8 guides (including the Diet Power Secrets guide, available separately on Amazon), a 28-day meal plan with 107 recipes, a complete supplement guide, Quiet Mind meditation MP3s, and a workout guide with HIIT and kettlebell instructions.
Why now
The program started over 10 years ago. The fundamentals haven't changed — but the research base has deepened considerably. Dale Bredesen's work on reversing Alzheimer's through metabolic intervention, Peter Attia's framework in Outlive, the growing body of evidence on ketogenic approaches to neurological disease — all of it points in the same direction I started heading a decade ago.
If you've been following this blog, you know this isn't about quick fixes. It's about understanding the system and working with it.
Introductory pricing — limited
The program is live now at an introductory launch price of $47 — a fraction of what the components would cost individually. That price won't stay.
